Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn

Build and manage strong talent pipelines

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews with senior recruiters

Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline reports

Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups

Support hiring closures and improve sourcing strategies

Preferred candidate profile:

1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with hands-on experience in sourcing via LinkedIn.

Working knowledge of LinkedIn search filters, Boolean searches, and candidate engagement techniques.

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri or Monster (used only as a secondary option).

Good communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with candidates professionally.

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate funnel management.

Comfortable coordinating interviews and managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn international hiring processes.
