Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers and clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US IT candidates.

Work on W2, C2C, 1099 and Full-Time requirements.

Negotiate compensation rates and coordinate offer rollouts.

Maintain candidate records and regularly update ATS/CRM.

Build strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.

Achieve recruitment targets, submission ratios, closures, TAT and quality metrics.
