Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
Starting from 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM IST to align with Australian business hours.
