Key Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates through Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn and other job portals.

Use Boolean search strings and AI-powered recruitment tools.

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.

Handle end-to-end U.S. IT recruitment activities.

Maintain candidate pipelines and conduct regular follow-ups.

Coordinate candidate onboarding activities.

Handle timesheet, payroll coordination and reconciliation.

Build strong relationships with candidates and U.S. clients.

Experienced recruiters will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S. IT requirements.
