Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining

Handle interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters

Manage 50% recruitment and 50% HR compliance

Handle appraisals, employee feedback, career growth, and engagement

Manage employee communication, grievances, and HR queries

Coordinate employee orientation and technical/soft-skill training

Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports

Handle ESIC, EPF, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Insurance, and Payroll compliance

Support talent development initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys
