Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, calls, WhatsApp and other recruitment channels.

Recruit blue-collar employees such as drivers, riders, delivery executives and frontline staff.

Explain job roles, salary, working conditions and other relevant details.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Complete documentation and onboarding formalities.

Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

Maintain basic recruitment reports and candidate records.

Achieve recruitment targets.
