Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Trainee to support onboarding, HR operations, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in HR processes and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

Assist in end-to-end onboarding process

Coordinate document collection and verification

Maintain employee personal files

Ensure smooth joining experience

Documentation & HR Records

Draft and issue offer & appointment letters

Maintain accurate employee records (physical & digital)

Statutory Compliance (EPF & ESIC)

Support EPF registration process

Assist in ESIC registration

Maintain compliance records and employee data

Coordination & HR Support

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding

Handle employee queries related to HR processes

Support senior HR team in daily operations

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Willingness to learn and grow in HR

Eligibility

MBA / BBA in HR or any relevant degree

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
