Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (primarily blue-collar hiring)

Source candidates for open positions

Conduct salary negotiations

Maintain employee records and HRMS updates

Address employee grievances

Support employee engagement, development, and training initiatives

Oversee employee lifecycle from hiring to exit

Act as POC for HRMS-related queries

Eligibility / Skills

PG in HR / Industrial Relations (MBA/PGDM HR) mandatory

1–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment

Proficiency in regional language is advantageous

Strong Excel & MS Office skills

Ability to work independently and manage HRMS effectively
