Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Retail & QSR)

Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, and references

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Ensure timely closures of open positions

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / MSW in HR

Minimum 2+ years of experience in blue-collar recruitment

Experience in Retail / QSR hiring preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet targets

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000/month (3–4 LPA)
