Job Description

The Human Resource Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations and support institutional growth by handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and daily administrative affairs. This role plays a key part in building a positive and professional academic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and staffing for faculty and non-teaching staff

• Schedule interviews and assist in selection processes

• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns

• Implement performance appraisal processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and college HR policies

• Assist in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

• Coordinate training and staff development programs

• Maintain employee records and HR reports

• Handle day-to-day operational activities of the institution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
