Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Coordinate with Sales, Batch Coordinators and Placement Coordinators
Handle candidate communication and placement-related tasks
Manage leads, client discussions and support business conversion
Maintain candidate records and HR documentation
Follow up on interview status, offers and joining dates
Assist with employee engagement and internal communication
Complete assigned tasks on time
