Job Summary:

Hiring HR Executives for voice process role to handle candidate calling, screening, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for interview scheduling and follow-ups

• Screen candidates through telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding

• Handle HR documentation and employee records

• Respond to employee queries

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• Good communication skills (English)

• Flexible to work in UK/US shifts

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
