Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (especially manufacturing and other industries)

Understand client requirements and job specifications

Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and clients

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Develop good relationships with clients and candidates
