Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Handle full employee lifecycle (joining to exit)

• Ensure HR policy implementation and legal compliance

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management

• Maintain HR records and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience

• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR operations, and industrial relations (IR)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Certification in Industrial Relations (preferred)
