What You’ll Do

This is a complete HR operations + industrial HR role:

End-to-end HR (recruitment, payroll, onboarding, exit)

Statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws)

Employee engagement

Exposure to manufacturing workforce management

Possibly involvement in greenfield project (setting up operations)

This is real, core HR work, not just recruitment.
