My Design Minds is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist (Hiring-Focused) to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations in a fast-growing design and engineering company. The role involves close collaboration with leadership, ownership of hiring quality, and execution of practical HR processes in a startup/MSME environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, design, sales, and operations roles
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
- Evaluate candidates for skills, mindset, attitude, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Handle urgent and bulk hiring needs with structured evaluation methods
2. HR Operations (30%)
- Manage onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support probation reviews, confirmations, and performance tracking
- Ensure simple, practical, and business-aligned HR processes
