KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Voice, Non-Voice & Blended processes

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews with operations and hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and MIS reports

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

Explain job roles, salary, shifts & company policies

Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding

Maintain a positive candidate experience
