End-to-end recruitment for IT positions

Understanding IT roles, skills, and technologies

Posting jobs and sourcing candidates via portals & social media

Screening and shortlisting candidates

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

Managing multiple hiring requirements under deadlines

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IT recruitment

Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Good communication & negotiation skills

Ability to multitask in fast-paced hiring

Preferred:

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience

Recruitment metrics/reporting knowledge

Degree in HR / Business Administration
