Key Responsibilities
Act as HR Generalist for end-to-end HR operations
Manage employee welfare, recruitment, payroll, performance appraisals, promotions, and employee exits
Oversee administrative functions including canteen, transport, security, housekeeping, etc.
Handle grievance resolution, HR policy formulation, and employee engagement
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain smooth HR operations
Eligibility / Skills
MBA / PGDM in any specialization
12–18 years of experience in HR & Admin (Automobile / Manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
HR generalist functions
Talent acquisition and retention
Employee engagement and welfare
Performance management and appraisal processes
