Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle

• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS

• Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques

• Screen resumes and validate visa status (H1B, GC, US Citizen)

• Coordinate interviews and negotiate pay rates

• Manage hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)

• Maintain recruitment trackers and meet targets

Eligibility:

• 2023 – 2025 Graduates

• B.E / B.Tech / BCA / BBA / B.Com / MBA / MCA / M.Sc

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to work night shift
