Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability.

Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and clients.

Support walk-in drives and hiring events.

Understand client hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.

Generate business leads for talent acquisition services through LinkedIn and internal databases.

Coordinate onboarding of clients and candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and client records.

Follow up with clients regarding recruitment progress and onboarding.
