Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals

• Conduct resume screening and HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Handle offer negotiation and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and trackers

• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Qualification (Mandatory)

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc (Maths) / MCA / MBA
