Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – Production (Factory)
• End-to-end hiring for production staff, technicians, supervisors, trainees, and contract manpower
• Workforce planning based on production targets
• Coordinate with contractors, ITIs, skill centers, and manpower agencies
• Conduct walk-in drives and local hiring campaigns
• Ensure labour law compliance for contract labour
Talent Acquisition – Corporate Functions
• Recruit for roles in Accounts, HR, CRM, Marketing, Design, Operations, Projects, Inventory, and Admin
• Draft job descriptions, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews
• Work with department heads to finalize hiring
• Manage offer closure and joining formalities
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
• Build structured recruitment processes and hiring calendars
• Develop talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Improve referral programs and employer branding initiatives
Onboarding & HR Operations
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction
• Maintain HRMIS and employee records
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Compliance & Factory HR Support
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, ESI, PF
• Support audits, inspections, and statutory documentation
• Handle basic employee relations and discipline matters
Reporting & HR Metrics
• Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness
• Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, vacancies, manpower)
• Plan future hiring requirements
Requirements
• 3 – 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong experience in factory/production hiring
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)
