Job Description / Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Ceipal, Dice, Monster

• End-to-end US IT Recruitment for Implementation partners & Direct clients

• Understand technical job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers

• Build talent pipelines for technical roles

• Ensure timely hiring and candidate engagement

Required Skills

• 1–3 years in Technical / IT Recruitment

• Experience in US IT Staffing: W2, C2C, 1099 hiring
