Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders.

Source candidates through job portals, references and networking.

Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Follow up for interview feedback and offer closures.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Manage offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.

Recruit for logistics-related positions such as Sales, Operations and Accounts.
