Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment and onboarding

• Implement HR policies and employee induction programs

• Handle employee relations and grievance management

• Support HR operations, payroll, attendance, and HR administration

• Coordinate HR activities with business teams and operations

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR, payroll, recruitment, and training (training will be provided)
