Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with hiring targets.

Gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
