Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT / Technical candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn & other portals

• Understand technical job requirements

• Screen & shortlist relevant profiles

• Coordinate interviews & follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment tracker & database

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM (HR) – Pursuing or Completed

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Recruitment

• Basic understanding of IT technologies & roles

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Immediate joiner preferred
