Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Pharma and BFSI domains

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Understand technical requirements and match suitable IT candidates

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS / recruitment tracker

• Follow up on interviews, feedback, and joining

• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles

• Pharma IT roles: Validation / CSV, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance IT, SAP, LIMS, Laboratory systems

• BFSI IT roles: Core Banking, Payment systems, FinTech, Java / .Net / Data roles in banking

• End-to-End IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
