Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Understand client hiring requirements and organizational culture.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and social media.

Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and offers with candidates.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely hiring closures
