Hiring: HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Machine Shop Unit and ensure a compliant, efficient, and people-centric work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters)

• Coordinate onboarding & new hire documentation

• Maintain employee records, attendance & leave management

• Assist in payroll processing & benefits administration

• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act & labor laws)

• Address employee grievances & maintain industrial relations

• Implement reward & recognition programs

• Organize safety awareness & training initiatives

• Monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards

• Prepare HR reports & safety incident documentation

Qualifications:

• MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Machine Shop / Manufacturing Unit

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws

• Good communication & organizational skills
