Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location and salary expectations.

Conduct initial HR screening.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.

Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment MIS.
