Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases.

Conduct screening calls and evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.

Coordinate assessments, assignments and technical tests.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Support offer discussions and candidate closures.

Build and maintain talent pipelines.

Engage with passive candidates and maintain candidate relationships.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.

Provide insights on market availability and candidate expectations.

Use AI-assisted tools for resume screening, candidate matching and sourcing.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and interview logs.

Use ATS or AI tools for structured candidate management.
