1️⃣ Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies

2️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)

• Draft and post job descriptions on portals & social media

3️⃣ Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & networking

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

• Support employer branding initiatives
