Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and MIS reports.

Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
