Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule and coordinate technical interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Prepare and share offer letters with selected candidates.
