Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.

Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.

Work on ITES, Financial, and BPO hiring requirements.
