Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Understand client requirements and manpower needs.

Source candidates through job portals, in-house databases, referrals and social media.

Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.

Prepare candidates for client interviews by explaining job requirements and company information.

Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Build professional networks to identify qualified candidates.

Communicate employer information, benefits and job details during screening.

Maintain timely recruitment reports and candidate records.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.
