Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, job portals, social media and referrals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases, trackers and daily recruitment reports.

Coordinate interview schedules, documentation and joining.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
