Job Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Manage multiple hiring requirements across various departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and close positions within timelines.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment dashboards, and hiring reports.
