Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.

Source and screen candidate profiles.

Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Track candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.

Identify suitable talent for business requirements.

Understand hiring requirements from the team/business SPOC.

Source candidates according to specified job criteria.

Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.
