Job Responsibilities:
Visit ITIs, polytechnic colleges, skill development centers, and training institutes to conduct recruitment drives.
Build strong relationships with placement officers and institute management.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in hiring events.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
