Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic screening

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Understand job requirements from hiring teams

Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily hiring reports

Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities

Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements

Support onboarding, documentation, and induction

Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
