Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Follow up with candidates through offer rollout and onboarding.

Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Achieve individual and team hiring targets within timelines.
