Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.

Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.

Prepare and publish job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, consultants, campus hiring and local networks.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.

Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.

Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool.

Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and reference checks.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment data in ATS/HRMS and recruitment trackers.

Prepare recruitment MIS reports and monitor hiring status.

Work with hiring managers to reduce recruitment turnaround time.

Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives and campus hiring.

Develop recruitment networks in Tiruppur and surrounding areas.

Support employer branding and candidate engagement.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.
