Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on client requirements.

Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

Perform bulk hiring and talent acquisition activities.
