Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Post job openings and manage recruitment portals.

Coordinate offer negotiations and onboarding activities.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR system data.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding initiatives.

Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and applicable regulations.
