Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
