MBA or relevant degree

2–5 years experience (mid-level recruiter)

Age below 30 preferred

Good English communication required

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-cycle recruiter + field sourcing role, including:

Recruitment Process

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing → onboarding)

Job portal and alternative sourcing methods

Shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews

Collecting feedback from managers

Document verification and background checks

Following up till joining (DOJ)

Field & Networking Work

Traveling to branches / rural areas for hiring drives

Creating candidate networks and contacts

Working on TN–KAR (Tamil Nadu–Karnataka) hiring

Performance Expectations

Fill vacancies within deadlines

Follow strict company recruitment policies

Adapt to non-traditional hiring methods

Skills Needed

Strong communication (English required)

Active sourcing mindset (not just desk job)

Ability to travel frequently

Networking and relationship building
