Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and leave

Support HR administrative activities and documentation

Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (B.E / B.Com) with HR background

MBA in HR (preferred)

0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
